Medical tubing extrusion produced in various sizes and materials. Biocompatible tubes made with DEHP-free PVC and FDA-approved polystyrene. Co-extrusion of up to four materials for micro medical tubes with protective coatings or different colorations.

Angoscini M.P. has a dedicated line suitable for the extrusion of these products. Quality control—crucial to achieving high-quality standards—is performed in-line. Our goal is to minimize defects and consistently deliver compliant products. High extrusion speeds and cutting tolerances up to +/- 0.5 mm.

In-line cutting of flexible microtubes and rigid cannulas. We use high-speed flying blade systems that ensure clean and precise cuts. We handle both short-length microtubes (< 10 mm) and tubes up to 4 meters long.

Our medical tubing extrusion are semi-finished products used by companies in the sector for device assembly. We produce a wide range of diameters on order, offering customers maximum customization.

The procedures we adopt, in compliance with ISO 9001:2015 standards, allow us to offer very short order fulfillment times thanks to lean production and flexible systems that reduce setup times. The dedicated medical tube extrusion line is equipped with:

• Micrometric laser instruments capable of self-calibrating the extruder;

• Gravimetric dosing systems that ensure material blend precision up to 0.01%.

This enables us to extrude blends that closely meet customer requirements, in various colors and with the reuse of production scraps, in line with the circular economy concept.
